How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Sorry, no gold or coins! If you don't have a credit card or debit card and want to pay by check or Money Order please email dan@poweruptees.com and he will sort it out with you.

Is the website secure?

Of course. What happens in PowerUpTees.com, stays in PowerUpTees.com. Seriously tho, we use the latest SSL encryption in our Shopping Cart and all of your personal information is safe.

What shipping methods do you offer?

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. The U.S. Postal Service is WAY cheaper than UPS or FedEx and just as reliable. You will get a tracking number when your order ships.

What will shipping cost me?

If you order more than 10 shirts the shipping cost will always be $19.45.

I don’t live in the United States. Will you ship to me?

Right now we will ship to Canada, Great Britian, Ireland, Australia, Japan and New Zealand via U.S. Global Priority Mail. Simply enter your order and your shipping costs will be calculated before your card is charged.

If you live outside these countries email dan@poweruptees.com and he will sort you out.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. You will get a tracking number and via email when your order ships.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

If you order before Noon EST your order will most likely ship the same day. If it’s after Noon EST it will ship the next business day. Once your order ships you will have it between 2 and 4 days later.

I haven't received my order yet, was it shipped?

You will get an email when your order ships. If you place your order before Noon EST odds are that it will ship the same day! If an item is backordered you will be notified asap, along with its expected ship date. Backorders very rarely happen, and even when they do it’s only for a week, tops.

How do Gift Certificates work?

After checkout is complete you will be emailed a special code to give to your friend. All your friend has to do is come to the site, enter their gift code during checkout, and that amount will be credited toward their order. Don’t worry, the code will never expire.

Can I have you mail a physical gift certificate to my friend?

Sorry, but all we do is email you the code. Come on, you can think of a creative way to give it to them!

What size should I buy?

The Gildan shirts we use are standard sizes, so buy whatever size you normally wear. If you are really nervous you can look at the size chart here. [link to gildan size chart]

What if I order the wrong size?

If you want to return it you will have to pay the shipping and handling fees again. Email returns@poweruptees.com along with your order number and we will give you return instructions right away.

What printing technique do you use?

High quality screen printing that’s built to last. None of that cheap, heat transfer, Café Press crap here.

Any special washing instructions?

Give it to your mom. That’s what we do.

What if someone I send to your site buys something a week later? Am I screwed out of the money?

NO! As long as the person buys something within 30 days of you sending them to us, you will still get the money.

Space on my site/blog is valuable. Why should I be an affiliate for Powerup, and not someone else?

We pay the highest rate out there. Some of these other sites pay as low as 7% per order… that’s only $1.25 per shirt!

Our shirts really sell – (they’re not the same old contra code shirts you’ve seen for years) – people actually freak out over our shirts.

$4 per shirt is a lot of money. How can you afford to pay that much?

It’s easy. Instead of paying corporate giants for an ad in Rolling Stone, we would rather create a way for hard working independent webmasters and bloggers to make a few extra bucks for their hard work. In short, we’d rather send all of you guys a $200 check every month than ever send some jerk on Madison Avenue a $20,000 check.

What is your exchange policy?

If we made the mistake (like we shipped you the wrong size or style) then just email returns@poweruptees.com along with your order number and tell us why our warehouse messed up. We will email you return instructions.

If you made the mistake (like you lost 25 lbs since you ordered and now the shirt is too big) then you will need to pay the shipping and handling fees again. Email returns@poweruptees.com along with your order number and reason for the exchange and we will give you return instructions.

All exchanges & returns must be made within 14 days of us shipping your order and all shirts must be unworn and unwashed, for obvious reasons.

I have a great idea for a shirt.
Will you pay me for it?

We will pay $200 for any great shirt idea that we use. Please email ideas@poweruptees.com

I’m in the New York City area and I’d like to model shirts for you. Can I?

Email pictures of yourself to dan@poweruptees.com and we will be in touch.

I’m a graphic designer/illustrator.
Can I work for you?

Sure. We are always looking for good, non-flaky designers and illustrators. Email a link to samples of your work to dan@poweruptees.com and we will get back to you if we like it.

What is your privacy policy?

Simple. We will never sell or give away your personal information to anyone. We don’t keep your credit card info after you order and we will NEVER give away your email address.
